The hostess of the bed and breakfast 'La maison d'Arc', female artist Martine Vandoorn, uses organic ingredients to prepare the meals and to give them a fresh and authentic flavor. Her speciality is the Japanese, Indian and Italian kitchen, but she also loves macrobiotic cooking.
